We develop & produce courageous content for television, film, digital, theater, and live events.
Here's a sample of some of our work. We're just getting started. Stay close.
A ROSE CALLED CANDACE
A solo storytelling experience starring actress & spoken word artist Candace Nicholas-Lippman, A Rose Called Candace made it's World Premiere in January 2018 at Two Roads Theater in Studio City and was recently mounted again in April 2018 at The Actors Company in West Hollywood.
The work was a four year collaboration from script to stage, and a testament to what is possible with raw, intimate, courageous theater. Audiences have called the show a "different kind of one woman show" and we look forward to continuing to evolve this new and exciting piece of theater.
I AM INEVITABLE
A visual affirmation for times when you wonder if your work even matters
in the midst of racism, injustice, and cultural chaos, I AM INEVITABLE was produced in collaboration with Luis Guanzon of Be More Media. The work was originally penned as an personal writing piece by Kaira Akita after the series of deaths of Black men at the hands of police. After sharing publicly on Facebook, Kaira was inspired to reimagine it as a visual affirmation to empower artists & creators to create with courage even during the toughest of times.
BECOMING ME LOS ANGELES
Artist/author Andrea Pippins and Kaira Akita shared an intimate, live conversation in Los Angeles as part of Andrea's BECOMING ME Book Tour. The pair discussed creativity, identity, pushing past fear, the importance of artists in today's culture, and more.
JAYDA CABBELL (ATKINSON)
A longtime fan of New Orleans chef Jayda Atkinson, we worked with Jayda to capture her unique essence and created a personality reel to pitch for unscripted television opportunities in collaboration with our friends at Be More Media & Picture Window Productions (best known for Mega Dens on DIY Network).
THE INSPIRED INTERIM
A limited edition podcast series featuring casual yet impactful conversations with creatives about the spaces between being and becoming in their identity, lives, and work.
